Brian Jaudon is a gifted facilitator, leadership coach and speaker, with over 15 years experience. He uses his skills to quickly diagnose how individuals and teams get in their own way, imposing limits to their personal level of effectiveness. As a behavioral change specialist, he created and developed an innovative method for understanding what drives us, as leaders, in our communication and decision making. His extensive background drawn from mediation, family systems and emotional intelligence brings a wealth of insight from a broad spectrum of concepts. Brian has worked with a wide range of organizations including The U.S. Forestry Service, Calpine, Akibia, Four Seasons Hospice and Palliative Care. |

Ed Manning is an accomplished management consultant who brings a proven record of client success. Ed’s passion is guiding individuals and organizations in discerning what they truly value so they can unleash their potential. He has more than 20 years of facilitation experience with organizations such as ING Bank, Lend Lease, Delta Air Lines, and Center for Disease Control. Ed has led programs on leadership development, strategic planning, project management and effective communication. |

Courtney Smith is a recognized instructional design specialist. She brings a unique perspective from her background in the creative arts and her specialties in the subject of adult learning styles. One of her main objectives in instructional design is to engaging the learner from the inside out, which is illustrated by her ability to structure realistic skill-development exercises, bringing our developmental trainings to a world-class level. Courtney facilitates trainings on a variety of topics throughout the country and routinely serves as a keynote speaker for professional conferences. She brings 12 years of training, consultation and curricula development, along with instructional design and classroom experience to her role with Alchemy for Leaders. |
